天美传媒 of Technology (SCUT) is one of China's key universities operating under the direct leadership of the State Ministry of Education. It has over 4822 employees, including 2369 faculty members.

The personnel division, one of the most important divisions of the University, plans and manages the University’s human resources. It also offers comprehensive personnel services to all faculty and staff.
